1. almond chocolate coffee
   3/4 oz. amaretto, 1/2 oz. dark cr�me de cacao, 8 oz. coffee (hot)
   pour in order into stemmed coffee cup. top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
2. black cow (non-alcoholic)
   8 oz. sarsaparilla (or root beer), 2 oz. vanilla ice cream
   pour sarsaparilla into collins glass and add ice cream. stir well.
3. dr. pepper
   1 oz. 151 proof rum, 1/2 oz. amaretto, cold beer
   pour rum and amaretto into a shot glass. fill mug 3/4 full with beer. drop shot glass into beer and chug.
4. wild wendy
   1 1/2 oz. vodka 1 oz. malibu coconut rum 1 oz. orange juice 1 oz. pineapple juice 1 oz. cranberry juice
   fill collins glass with ice cubes. add ingredients. shake or stir well.
5. jello shots
   1 cup vodka, package of jell-o gelatin (any flavor)
   prepare gelatin to package directions adding 1 cup vodka. after chilled, cut into cubes and serve in paper souffl� cups.
6. mint julep
   2 1/4 oz. bourbon, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. water, 4 sprigs mint
   strip leaves from 2 sprigs of mint and mash with water and sugar in collins glass until sugar is dissolved. fill with shaved ice and pour in bourbon. stir until outside of glass is frosted. decorate with 2 sprigs of mint. serve with straws.
7. rum & coke (cuba libre)
   2 oz. rum, cola, 1/2 lemon
   squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon over 2 ice cubes into collins glass. drop in lemon shell. add rum and fill with your favorite cola drink. stir well.
8. sex on beach shooter
   1/2 oz. vodka, 1/4 oz. melon liqueur, 1/4 oz. raspberry liqueur, 1/2 oz. pineapple juice, 1/2 oz. cranberry juice
   shake well with cracked ice. strain into old fashioned glass.
9. skip & go naked
   1 1/2 oz. gin, 4 oz. cold beer, 2 oz. sour mix, 1 dash grenadine
   mix ingredients in highball glass. stir well.
10. strawberry margarita
    3/4 oz. tequila, 3/4 oz. triple sec, 3/4 oz. lime or lemon juice, 1/2 oz. strawberry liqueur
    shake well with cracked ice. rub rim of cocktail glass with rind of lime or lemon. dip rim in salt. strain into cocktail glass.
