i manage and direct the daily operations and projects for the development department of microserv telecomputing. coordinate the efforts of graphic artists and programmers to create the best possible web pages and web applications. work closely with clients and evaluate what is best for them. i also manage and direct the operations of the technical support department consisting of 12 technicians.

• designed an e-commerce web site from scratch and integrated in to a single cold fusion custom tag. this included an entire shopping cart system.
• developed intranets, inventory control sites, financial institution tracking systems, and web based tools using cold fusion.
